What Kensington Residents Can Expect from a Chimney Sweep
Our chimney sweep in Kensington follows the same no-nonsense process we’ve used for years in Albany and nearby areas like El Cerrito and Berkeley. We arrive with state-licensed crews, a high-powered vacuum, and the tools to remove creosote, soot, and debris—no shortcuts. Expect a thorough inspection for cracks, blockages, or rust (common in older homes near the bay). We’ll also check your damper and flue for Albany’s damp, seasonal wear. Response Times, Pricing, and How to Book a Chimney Sweep in Kensington
For Kensington homes, we aim for a 48-hour response time for bookings (faster if you’re a repeat Albany customer). Pricing depends on chimney height and condition—check our 2024 pricing guide for ballpark figures, but every sweep is customized. To book, call or email us via contact with your address and chimney type (masonry, prefab, etc.). Pro tip: Albany’s humidity speeds up creosote buildup—don’t wait until your flue is clogged.
